Mr. W. H. Roletter embarked on his professional journey at the age of thirteen in Philadelphia. Over the years, he has delved into a diverse array of business concepts and structures. A proud graduate of the University of Miami (Class of '06), he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. His extensive travels across the country have exposed him to both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
In 2009, W. H. joined forces with Paul Rowe, recognizing Paul’s exceptional talent and skill. Together, they laid the foundation for their first company, which, five years later, was thriving with two full-time crews.
In 2014, they made the move to Key West, where they took time to unwind, acclimate, and immerse themselves in the island’s unique culture—a culture that beckons us all to call it home. Both W. H. and Paul explored career paths in hotels, hospitality, and nautical ventures. As the saying goes, “tigers can’t change their stripes.” In 2019, W. H. dusted off his home office and embarked on a new venture: Manifested Concepts, LLC.
W. H. brings a distinctive blend of practical and professional skills to the company. His approach to managing staff and employees attracts some of the most talented and dedicated individuals in their respective fields. His empathy for the customer experience and cost considerations ensures regular satisfaction among clients. While overseeing all aspects of the back office, he remains no stranger to the field. His unique ability to view projects from both perspectives allows Manifested Concepts, LLC to deliver exceptional and one-of-a-kind results.
Paul Andrew Rowe embarked on his educational journey in the building trades during the summer of 1990. Observing his father establish Rowe Construction in 1988 and build a successful business, Paul eagerly joined the workforce at the age of 12, earning $2 per hour. Over the next six summers, he dedicated himself to his father’s Central Pennsylvania-based construction company, which continues to thrive after more than 35 years.
In September 1996, Paul left home for Paris Island, South Carolina, where he began a remarkable seven-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps, earning two honorable discharges. Following his military service, he pursued higher education at Penn State before eventually settling in Philadelphia. There, he founded Rowe Homes, a construction company that flourished under his leadership.
Paul’s journey took an exciting turn when he met his future husband. Together, they transformed Rowe Homes into a successful enterprise with two crews and six employees on payroll. In spring 2014, after a day trip to Key West, Paul and William made a life-changing decision: they packed up their belongings and relocated to paradise. In 2020, Paul successfully passed all three exams required to obtain his Florida State Certified Building Contractors certification, a milestone officially achieved in August 2023.
Paul’s wealth of construction experience significantly contributes to Manifested Concepts and the Florida Keys. His formative years were spent immersed in his family’s construction business, where he diligently honed his skills. Although he initially considered becoming an architect, Paul gained practical experience by spending two years framing and finishing homes in State College, followed by a year working with drywall. His nearly ten-year tenure in Philadelphia, where he managed his own small construction company, allowed him to work on historic homes and buildings, providing invaluable insights into preservation and structural understanding.
Paul’s relentless dedication and expertise position him as a valuable asset within Manifested Concepts, LLC.

While the State of Florida boast the most stringent building code in the United States according to the International Code Council (ICC), Miami-Dade County code takes it a step further because of the unique challenges we face in South Florida. Those challenges were on full display in 2017 in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. As the ICC notes, “a Mitigation Assessment Team Report by FEMA noted that structural damage observations were almost exclusively limited to homes built before Florida’s statewide code took effect” in 2002. In short the building code works. Having a team of builders that understands and embraces that code is not only imperative to meeting legal obligations, it's a sound expense when investing in the most valuable asset that one owns – their home.

People don’t often build something by accident, but very few build with intention. No matter what path in life you walk, everyone considers their home a sacred space. We aim to honor that through our work. It’s not enough to just slap together some lumber and paint and call it done. We put a hyper focus on details and the ultimate goals of a space when designing or constructing. Whether it’s your home or your business, you are investing in improvements and we take that responsibility to heart. Then we put our hearts back into the work.
In sacred geometry, Metatron's cube is the shape that represents all the shapes in God's creation and Metatron's work directing the flow of creative energy in orderly ways. It is believed that Metatron was once the prophet Enoch. He was taken into heaven to serve as the guardian of the Tree of Life and the Keeper of the Akashic Records. We adopted this symbol in order to inspire us on all levels to create unique and lasting spaces. It is our constant reminder to remain balanced with nature and orderly in our executions of projects.
